The flavor of extra virgin olive oil is amazing. Previously, I had always simply used olive oil for all of my cooking purposes, but after reading this, I decided to try extra virgin olive oil.
The extra virgin olive oil flavor was far crisper and sweeter than pure olive oil, and it made a huge difference to the taste of the salad.
If you haven't already tried extra virgin olive oil, I strongly recommend that you invest in a bottle. It's worth the little bit of extra money for the fabulous taste.
I will definitely continue to use extra virgin olive oil in my dressings from now on.
