For normal table use, it is recommended you use a decanting olive oil bottle, durable and practical. Add a smaller quantity of oil (6 to 8 ounces) to the bottle. You will have to refill it more often, but that will guarantee that the oil is always fresh and the delicate flavor is preserved.
