Garlic Oil, your way gourmet
Before you pay a premium for fancy gourmet garlic oil, try making some of your own. This will be just as good as the market’s, and much easier on your budget.
Garlic Oil Recipe
1 head of garlic
About 3 cups Spanish extra-virgin olive oil
Individually separate the garlic into cloves and peel. Place inside a jar or bottle. If you want it to look decorative, thread garlic cloves on bamboo skewer. Fill with olive oil and tightly seal. Leave to stand overnight before using, garlic oil will need to be stored in refrigerator.
